The Technology Infrastructure and Operations department in Information Technology Services (ITS) manages core IT infrastructure and services at KPMG in Canada. This includes providing level 2/3 support, operating a 24x7 Network Operations Centre (NOC), and managing national Data Centres and Cloud Services. The department also handles Access / Identity Management, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
As a member of the IT Senior Leadership Team, this role ensures compliance with network infrastructure services and adherence to standards. Emphasizing automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud integration, the department enhances efficiency and reduces manual intervention by building and managing scalable and reproducible infrastructure environments. This approach allows seamless deployment, management, and scaling of applications, ensuring robust and agile performance. The role involves interactions with Canadian IT leadership, KPMG’s global technology teams, local vendors, and service providers.
This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate may be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $154,500and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
