About The Role

The Senior Manager of Data & Analytics will play a key role in evolving the data practice at ZayZoon. Managing a team of five data specialists across two teams, the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics will be responsible for building strong data foundations that support scaling and generating insights for proactive decision-making across the organization.

• Move ZayZoon from its legacy best-effort data systems to a modern data technology stack.
• Introduce and mature governance, documentation, and quality in data architecture, modeling, and infrastructure development.
• Coordinate and execute on medallion data pipeline implementation and reporting change management.
• Oversee data operations and grow centralized analytical capabilities, including individual performance and growth.
• Collaborate with Ops and Engineering teams to support AI LLM and ML applications.
• Manage vendor selection and procurement strategically.
• Foster growth of team members through coaching, mentorship, and work management.

You Bring

• Deep knowledge of data architecture and engineering, with exposure to multiple data stack options (source management, ETL / ELT, warehouse / stores, governance, streaming, visualization, data science).
• Experience establishing KPI frameworks and change management with increased governance.
• Proven leadership in building and managing data analytics teams.
• Ability to translate high-level business objectives into pragmatic infrastructure solutions.
• Understanding of Revenue Technology Stacks, including CDP, CRM, DWH.
• Interest and familiarity with LLM, MCP, RAG / Vector Stores, and AI applications.
• Experience in FinTech startups or scale-ups, especially in HR Tech, Payroll, or Benefits, is highly valued.
