We support Canadian dentists and practices with non-clinical resources such as accounting, HR, marketing, and supply & equipment procurement. By leveraging our management expertise, marketing skills, and advanced technologies, we enable dentists to focus on their core profession—being dentists.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to join our Finance team, based at our Toronto or Montreal head office. This role reports to the VP, Finance – Financial Planning & Analysis, and works closely with the VP Marketing. It is an on-site position.

Job Overview:

The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics, ensures the efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability of marketing activities through data-driven insights, financial tracking, and performance measurement. Responsibilities include developing marketing KPIs, reporting frameworks, overseeing budgets, and improving performance analytics.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Budget Management & Financial Oversight:

• Manage marketing budgets, including allocations, reconciliations, and reforecasting.
• Maintain financial discipline in marketing investments.
• Improve accounting processes, GL structure, and payment methods.
• Generate monthly Marketing P&L reports, analyze variances, and improve reporting processes.

Marketing Performance & Analytics:

• Analyze marketing performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Implement comprehensive performance measurement frameworks.
• Report on ROI, CAC, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Lead regional performance reviews and optimize marketing strategies.
• Assess campaign impacts and website performance.

Marketing Reporting & Business Intelligence (BI):

• Define reporting requirements and oversee implementation with BI team.
• Conduct UAT on new reports and support data ecosystem development.
• Promote adoption of Power BI and other tools through training.

Technology & Automation:

• Collaborate with IT and marketing teams on data requirements.
• Manage reporting tools and migrate reports to Power BI.
• Leverage automation for forecasting and campaign targeting.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Planning & Budgeting:

• Manage annual marketing planning and budgets.
• Track quarterly marketing spend.

Reporting:

• Report marketing performance and ROI to senior executives.
• Prepare marketing presentations for board meetings.

Success Metrics:

• Enhanced ROI and marketing effectiveness.
• Accurate budget tracking and financial reporting.
• Improved analytics and dashboard adoption.

Qualifications:

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, or related; MBA and certifications are assets.
• 10+ years in marketing analytics, performance, or financial planning.
• Expertise in budgeting, P&L, financial modeling, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, Google Analytics, CRM, and automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Big Data, econometrics, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in coding (Python, SQL, R), APIs, and cloud computing.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Strong data storytelling, PowerPoint skills, and leadership abilities.
