RBC is seeking a finance transformation professional to join our team in Mississauga, with flexibility for the Greater Toronto Area. You’ll partner with Finance, IT and Actuarial to streamline insurance accounting and improve reporting.
You will lead cross‑functional transformation initiatives, drive reporting for insurance performance, optimize processes with automation, and support governance and audit readiness across the function.
You will be a valued member of finance transformation team, acting as a business partner and advisor, across financial accounting, performance management and planning and forecasting activities. You'll lead improvements to how we account for and report on insurance products, working with Finance, IT, and Actuarial teams to streamline operations and unlock financial optimization opportunities. This role is based in Mississauga with flexibility for other Greater Toronto Area locations.
