As the Director, Insurance Data Management Office, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for Data Management, Privacy Governance, and AI Governance across RBC Insurance. Acting as both a first line of defense for data, privacy, and AI risks and a strategic transformation leader, you will drive insurance-wide governance, regulatory compliance, innovation, and value realization initiatives. This role partners closely with senior business leaders, enterprise functions, and external stakeholders to ensure data and AI is leveraged responsibly while enabling business growth and digital transformation.
