Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Governance & Control to guide the 1B governance relationship for Global Client Experience and Colleague Experience within Global Corporate Services. The role focuses on risk, regulatory compliance, privacy, and control standards while enabling effective challenge and oversight across TD.

You will lead risk reporting, escalation pathways, and cross-functional collaboration with ORM, Legal, Compliance, and other partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Governance & Control or related experience.
• Proven leadership of risk, compliance, and audit programs.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting client or colleague experience initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Governance & Control relationship for Global Client Experience and Colleague Experience.
• Oversee risk and control priorities and practices across groups.
• Develop and mature risk programs, governance forums, and risk reporting.
• Provide risk insights and challenge on strategies and initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members and manage multiple priorities.
