Job summary

TD Securities in Toronto is seeking a Technology Risk & Controls Manager to strengthen the risk and control environment across technology platforms. You will manage issue tracking, control documentation, evidence collection, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with technology, compliance, risk, audit, and product stakeholders.

The role focuses on audit readiness, regulatory remediation, and governance routines.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or technical/professional certification, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in technology risk management, controls, audit support, or regulatory remediation processes.
Familiarity with SDLC concepts, governance, data quality controls, and delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Maintain technology risk and control documentation aligned to standards and governance expectations.
Update control inventories, mapping, evidence collection, testing support, and issue management.
Document procedures, risks, dependencies, and artifacts to support audit readiness.
Track remediation status and escalate gaps to management as needed.
Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and delivery teams to embed controls into SDLC.
