We seek a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead strategic financial planning, forecasting and decision support across the organization. The role partners with departments to provide guidance, develop budgets, and deliver insights through robust reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

  • CPA designation or working toward completion.
  • Minimum three years of experience in management accounting or a related finance role.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis experience.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with leaders across the organization.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and resource planning.
  • Prepare management reports, variance analysis and financial insights for leadership.

The Canadian Centre for Child Protection INC. (C3P) is a national charity dedicated to reducing child victimization by providing programs and services to the Canadian public. Our organization works closely with families, law enforcement, educators and the technology industry to enhance the personal safety of children. As a rapidly growing organization with a national reach, C3P offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful and impactful work that protects children.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance Department. Reporting to the Business Systems Specialist (Director), this position will provide strategic financial analysis, planning, reporting, forecasting and decision support to leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with departments to provide financial guidance, analysis and recommendations.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and resource planning.
  • Prepare management reports, variance analysis and financial insights for leadership.
  • Analyze financial trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support month-end, year-end, audit processes and financial controls.
  • Improve financial processes, systems and reporting tools.
Requirements Include:
