Job summary

PwC in Canada is seeking a Transaction Services Senior Manager focused on Financial Services Financial Due Diligence. You will lead the deal lifecycle, guiding buy- and sell-side engagements and delivering rigorous analyses to support value creation.

As a bilingual FR/EN professional, you will drive client relationships, oversee teams across disciplines, and mentor junior staff while maintaining project budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager level experience in deal advisory or financial due diligence.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Proven team leadership and project-management abilities.
• Experience building client relationships and networks.
• Knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI or Tableau is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deal lifecycle from planning to delivery and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver high-quality diligence reports and present findings to clients.
• Manage project risks and ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Foster relationships within PwC and with external network firms.
• Coach junior staff and support career development.
