• Strong financial analysis and performance analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analyses of client and target data to identify deal issues.
• Prepare analyses such as Quality of Earnings and normalized working capital.
• Provide client-facing advisory, manage projects and deliverables.
• Lead work streams and coach junior staff to support engagements.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
