Job summary

PwC UK in Canada, Ontario, is seeking a Manager in Financial Due Diligence to lead hands-on analysis and deliver high-quality due diligence outputs. You will investigate business performance, support reports, and contribute insights on key drivers and risks in deals.

You will guide day-to-day work, mentor colleagues, and build ownership for larger areas over time, expanding client conversations and opportunities across the practice.

Qualifications

• ACA/ICAS qualification or international equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Strong financial due diligence and analysis skills; commercial awareness.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with excellent report writing and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and deliver financial due diligence areas.
• Analyse financial and non-financial information on buy- and sell-side engagements.
• Prepare clear, insightful financial due diligence reports.
