Job Description

What is your opportunity? As Senior Manager, FC Data Management Information, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a robust and secure DataMart or Authorized Provision Point (APP). This system supports comprehensive financial crimes reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. You will source data from internal and external FC teams, consolidate it, and deliver valuable insights using advanced tools like SQL and Python. Additionally, you will develop documentation and data lineage to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement architecture for DataMart/APP to support reporting needs, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing MI team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee ETL processes for accurate data integration.
  • Maintain data quality through validation and monitoring protocols.
  • Access and incorporate new data sets from various platforms.
  • Support strategic initiatives with business management information.
  • Source, consolidate, and analyze data from global systems to provide insights and conduct business analysis.

Support the Director in executing FC reporting data strategy:

  • Act as the primary data contact for FC Reporting.
  • Define data requirements with stakeholders.
  • Bridge gaps between FC data systems and business needs.
  • Perform data analytics to improve processes and reporting.
  • Enhance FC reporting data and manual reports.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • 5+ years of experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Crimes and Banking.
  • Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience handling large data volumes and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with AML/Financial Crime industry specifics.

Nice-to-have:

  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation.
