What is your opportunity?

As Senior Manager, FC Data Management Information, you will lead the team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust and secure DataMart or Authorized Provision Point (APP). This system will support comprehensive financial crimes reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. You will develop aggregated financial crimes data across the Enterprise, Regions, and Segments, sourcing data from internal and external FC Teams, consolidating it into one system, and providing valuable intelligence to FC Reporting. You will utilize tools like SQL and Python, develop documentation and data lineage, and ensure systems use consistent reporting criteria for accurate information.

What will you do?

Develop and implement the architecture for the DataMart/APP, sourced from existing data systems, to enable comprehensive reporting with scalability, security, and efficiency:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing MI Team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data integration.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity through validation and monitoring protocols.
  • Explore and incorporate new data sets from various platforms.
  • Develop and maintain business management information, supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Source and consolidate information from global data systems, analyze data for insights, and conduct in-depth business analysis for reporting needs.

Support the Director in executing FC Reporting data strategy and design:

  • Act as the primary data contact for FC Reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs.
  • Bridge gaps between FC Data across systems and business needs for aggregated data.
  • Perform data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for providing relevant intelligence.
  • Enhance existing manual reports and build out key FC reporting data.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 5+ years of experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Crimes and Banking Industry
  • Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • Experience handling large data volumes and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Experience with ETL tools
  • Familiarity with data visualization software and AML/Financial Crime industry experience

Nice-to-have

  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation
