Job summary

Symcor is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the COR.TRANSFORM team, directing platform delivery and client onboarding while driving improvements and new features. You will partner with Product, Sales and Operations to support strategy and automation.

The role is hybrid with flexible onsite expectations, typically 2 days per week, and onboarding requires 2-3 onsite visits weekly for the first months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or equivalent.
• 10+ years leading teams in platform design and deployment.
• Experience with document management platforms is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams, contractors and vendors to meet objectives.
• Oversee platform development and ensure robustness and availability.
• Coordinate with PMs and agile teams for maintenance and changes.
• Provide Tier 3 support leadership for production issues and SLAs.
• Contribute to five-year technology strategy and budgeting.
