About The Role

The Senior Manager of Data & Analytics will play a key role in evolving the data practice at ZayZoon. Managing a team of five data specialists across two teams, the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics will be responsible for building strong data foundations that support scaling and generating insights for proactive decision-making across the organization.

1. Move ZayZoon from its legacy best-effort data systems to a modern data technology stack.
2. Introduce and mature governance, documentation, and quality in data architecture, modeling, and infrastructure development.
3. Coordinate and execute on medallion data pipeline implementation and reporting change management.
4. Oversee data operations and grow centralized analytical capabilities, including individual performance and growth.
5. Collaborate with Ops and Engineering teams to support AI LLM and ML applications.
6. Manage vendor selection and procurement strategically.
7. Foster growth of team members through coaching, mentorship, and work management.

You Bring

1. Deep knowledge of data architecture and engineering, with exposure to multiple data stack options (source management, ETL/ELT, warehouse/stores, governance, streaming, visualization, data science).
2. Experience establishing KPI frameworks and change management with increased governance.
3. Proven leadership in building and managing data analytics teams.
4. Ability to translate high-level business objectives into pragmatic infrastructure solutions.
5. Understanding of Revenue Technology Stacks, including CDP, CRM, DWH.
6. Interest and familiarity with LLM, MCP, RAG/Vector Stores, and AI applications.
7. Experience in FinTech startups or scale-ups, especially in HR Tech, Payroll, or Benefits, is highly valued.
