Base pay range

CA$95,000.00/yr - CA$169,900.00/yr

About The Opportunity

As part of Dayforce’sGlobal Pay team, you will collaborate with a team of product managers, engineers, designers, and user researchers to redefine and shape the heart of our product experience. You'll work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains. You should be comfortable with conducting user interviews and finding common themes todrive a prioritized roadmap that balances solving current issues and building for the future. In turn you will be responsible for executing on that roadmap with your development team and ensuring that the team understands “the why” behind what they are building. You are imaginative, innovative, data-driven and relentless in driving a feature to completion. You anchor your decisions in strategy and defend them with data. You thrive in an active and agile environment.

What you'll get to do

  • Drive forward global payroll initiatives with passion and clarity, with a focus on LATAM markets
  • Serve as the voice of the user in all product decisions, ensuring solutions meet local and global needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to bring features to life
  • Engage directly with customers and end users to define product vision and gather feedback
  • Own the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact, customer needs, and regional requirements
  • Define and track success metrics to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive offerings in LATAM
  • Influence executive stakeholders and facilitate alignment across global teams
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches and regional enablement
  • Bring a strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and accountability to drive initiatives from concept to delivery

Skills And Experience We Value

  • Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, ideally in Human Capital Management (HCM) or Payroll systems
  • Proven ability to navigate complex problems, evaluate competing needs, and develop actionable, data-informed recommendations
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of defining and delivering product roadmaps in cross-functional environments
  • Experience conducting user research, competitive analysis, and identifying market opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to both customers and executive stakeholders
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams, particularly in LATAM markets
  • Familiarity with localization, regulatory, and compliance requirements for international or region-specific products
  • High level of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and influencing skills across diverse teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities with both internal and external partners
  • Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
