Job summary
Databricks is seeking a pre‑sales Solutions Architect to partner with the Enterprise Account Executive and drive technical strategy for our largest accounts in the Canada region. You will lead the adoption of Databricks solutions and guide customers on data‑driven transformations, collaborating with hands‑on resources to build PoCs and demonstrate value.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting Data and AI solutions in Financial Services and Insurance.
- Proven ability to establish and lead virtual teams within an account.
- Experience with very large global accounts (>$1m ARR).
- Ability to present a convincing point‑of‑view to executives.
- Production programming in Python, R, Scala or Java.
- Nice to have: Databricks, Snowflake, AWS or Azure certifications.
Responsibilities
- Be the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
- Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks.
- Implement the technical strategy in the account.
- Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Work with sales and peers to drive business outcomes for clients.
