Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueuil, QC, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Customer Service Entry-into-Service Center of Excellence. You will supervise a team of EIS Subject Matter Experts and drive readiness across programs, budgets, and knowledge management.

The role requires strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration with international teams, OEMs, and service centers, as well as travel flexibility and English proficiency in a French-speaking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with extensive relevant experience.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing customer relationships with OEMs and operators.
• Excellent communication and team-management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of EIS subject matter experts.
• Lead governance and drive activities across CS disciplines and related facilities.
• Collaborate with programs, engineering, and marketing to define deliverables.
• Manage risks, issues, and budgets; prepare business cases.
• Interface with partners, suppliers, and customers with tact and diplomacy.
• Develop and share best practices and lessons learned across EIS programs.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
