Job summary

Definity's Economical Insurance division seeks a Manager, Coverage Strategy & Forms, Corporate Underwriting to lead coverage design, wording governance, and product implementation across Commercial Insurance portfolios. You will ensure offerings remain competitive, clearly articulated, and aligned with underwriting strategy and customer needs.

You will collaborate with Corporate Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Technology, Actuarial and Regional Underwriting teams, lead governance for product

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and change management.
• Solid understanding of coverage governance and product implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance and enhancement of Commercial Insurance forms and coverage frameworks.
• Provide leadership on coverage design, wording interpretation and product governance.
• Identify and implement product and coverage enhancements to improve value and efficiency.
• Lead governance and approval processes for product, wording and coverage changes.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Claims, Actuarial and Underwriting teams to enable successful implementation of changes.
• Develop training, communications and implementation resources for adoption of products and coverages.
• Build relationships and represent Definity on industry initiatives and regulatory trends.
