The Senior Manager, Contracts will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing – Brands, Healthcare and Corporate Services, and will be responsible for drafting and negotiating procurement contracts for Goods not for Resale. The individual will lead a team of one Contract Manager and one Contract Analyst. Key responsibilities include negotiating complex contracts such as Master Agreements, Statements of Work, License Agreements, and Amendments, drafting clauses, managing administrative tasks like creating workspaces in Jaggaer, and securing approvals and signatures according to policy. Collaboration with stakeholders across sourcing, legal, finance, and other departments is essential to ensure contractual terms align with strategic objectives.
