  1. Build and maintain strong partnerships with all key stakeholders to ensure any changes communicated are cascaded and adjusted accordingly in a timely manner.

Description
  • Ownership of E-commerce KPI planning.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder partnerships for timely communication and adjustments.
  • Lead regular meetings to identify gaps and opportunities, sharing insights for optimization.
  • Streamline processes to enhance cross-functional workflow and communication.
  • Implement best practices to improve online experience and growth.
  • Manage sales estimates and execution for the brand portfolio.
Forecasting & Budgeting
  • Handle budgeting and planning with leadership for assortment, samples, GWP, localizations.
  • Develop and maintain loyalty point budgeting for ecommerce promotions aligned with brand DNA.
  • Plan and allocate budgets for media investments, ensuring effective marketing spend.
  • Manage ecommerce presence for a portfolio of brands in Canada, acting as main escalation point.
  • Report on online performance metrics of the portfolio.
  • Maintain all KPIs for the Canadian portfolio.
Qualifications
  • University Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or related, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Leadership experience with 1-2 direct reports.
  • Experience in sales or retail marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of brand management, marketing, sales, training, merchandising, and PR.
  • Strong industry network with customers, distributors, retailers, and partners.
  • Experience in beauty marketing, especially within makeup/skincare, with a digital focus.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, with critical thinking skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership and ability to influence stakeholders, with clear achievements.
  • Creative and measurable marketing initiative development skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
