Job summary

Vanguard Canada seeks a transformative Head of National Accounts & Institutional Sales to lead Canadian B2B distribution strategies and activities. You will drive retention, sales growth, and market share with intermediary investment and institutional retirement clients, while collaborating with the Canadian leadership team to uphold Vanguard’s client service and investment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and set performance standards.

• Develop and execute national accounts and institutional sales plans in Canada.
• Present Vanguard investments and services to prospects and clients.
• Build relationships with senior management of client organisations.
• Raise awareness through targeted prospecting activities.
• Support the sales team and participate in special projects.
