This position is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and management of end-to-end processes within the Life and Health Claims Team. The role ensures projects and initiatives meet strategic business objectives, are successfully implemented, and are effectively managed ongoing. The Senior Manager will establish a roadmap of opportunities to achieve targets and drive performance enhancements annually.
