Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and management of end-to-end processes within the Life and Health Claims Team. The role ensures projects and initiatives meet strategic business objectives, are successfully implemented, and are effectively managed ongoing. The Senior Manager will establish a roadmap of opportunities to achieve targets and drive performance enhancements annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive execution of strategic objectives supporting profitable growth, scalability, and expense management.
  • Quantify benefits for digital and non-digital initiatives.
  • Lead Process Excellence initiatives.
  • Manage change strategies to ensure project adoption and benefit realization.
  • Collaborate with Claims Initiatives and Enablement Teams to assess impact and ensure scope reflects achievable benefits.
  • Monitor process changes to ensure benefits are achieved and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in the Insurance industry.
  • Proven project leadership and sponsorship skills.
  • Knowledge of all business lines (Life & Health, Group Benefits, Wealth).
  • LSS Belt certification or knowledge of Process Excellence methodologies.
  • Experience in change management.
