What is the opportunity?

This position is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and management of end-to-end processes within the Life and Health Claims Team. It ensures that projects and initiatives meet strategic business objectives, leading to successful implementation and ongoing management. The role involves achieving annual targets by establishing a roadmap of opportunities to enhance performance.

What will you do?

  1. Drive execution of strategic objectives to support profitable growth, scalability, and expense management.
  2. Quantify benefits for digital and non-digital initiatives.
  3. Lead Process Excellence initiatives.
  4. Manage change strategies to ensure projects become integral to the business, ensuring adoption and benefit realization.
  5. Collaborate with Claims Initiatives and Enablement Teams to assess impact and ensure scope reflects achievable benefits.
  6. Ensure process changes achieve stated benefits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What will you need to succeed?

  • 10+ years of experience in the Insurance industry.
  • Proven project leadership and sponsorship skills.
  • Knowledge of all business lines (Life & Health, Group Benefits, Wealth).
  • Knowledge of Process Excellence methodologies (LSS Belt preferred).
  • Experience in change management.
