Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing, TMS

Join to apply for the Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing, TMS role at President's Choice Financial.

This role has flexibility between our Bathurst & Lakeshore and 1 Presidents Choice Circle locations. Our hybrid model requires this role to be in office 4 days a week with flexible working hours at our Bathurst/Lakeshore location.

The Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing, TMS oversees end-to-end strategy and execution of TMS & Prepaid acquisition marketing. Responsibilities include creating insight-based marketing campaigns for The Mobile Shop and PC Mobile to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales support.

This position offers a strategic opportunity within Loblaw, with a retail footprint across 385+ stores. It involves leading marketing programs that leverage Canada’s largest loyalty program, PC Optimum, and partnerships with mobile carriers and manufacturers.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the marketing calendar for telco offerings (TMS and Prepaid).
  • Lead the annual TMS paid media strategy and execution across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Digital, Social Media, and PR teams on campaign and product launches.
  • Partner with carriers and third-party suppliers to manage promotions and initiatives.
  • Review and approve marketing materials with Legal sign-off.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Oversee marketing budgets for TMS and PC Mobile.
  • Support research projects including IMI reporting and brand awareness.
  • Prepare QBR/MBR reports.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to direct reports.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 7-10 years in marketing and leadership, telecommunications experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills—persuasive and articulate in speaking, writing, and presenting.
  • High-energy, results-driven, resilient, and persistent.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing projects within timelines and budgets.
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Resourceful, independent problem-solver, and passionate leader.
