About the Company :

Position Summary :

We are currently seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across a portfolio of residential properties. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate a team of technicians, ensure timely work order completion, and uphold quality standards in building upkeep and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and support daily activities of the maintenance team
  • Prioritize work orders based on urgency
  • Coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders
  • Perform and oversee building and system inspections
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks and preventative programs are executed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

Qualifications :

  • Background in residential or commercial property maintenance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising
  • Relevant trade certification or technical training is a strong asset
  • Proficient in MS Office and work order management systems
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
