Job summary

Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) in Regina, SK is seeking a Maintenance Analytics lead to drive the maintenance excellence strategy. You will lead priority initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders on budgeting and performance measurement, and implement tools and automation for better tracking and reporting.

You will guide consultants and managers in maintenance best practices, KPIs, and cost optimization initiatives, contributing to safety, reliability, and sustainability in Western Canada’s

Qualifications

  • 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in maintenance, preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry and/or change management positions.
  • Experience working with maintenance systems and technical data, including the use of KPIs, dashboards, and other tools to monitor performance and support effective decision-making, as well as previous experience with accounting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support priority initiatives based on the Maintenance Maturity model and plan.

Description

What you’ll do:

  • Support execution of the maintenance excellence strategy by leading and supporting priority initiatives based on the Maintenance Maturity model and plan.

The Team: You will provide guidance to consultants, administrative support staff, Superintendents, Managers, Directors, Vice President as it related to Maintenance industry best practices, key performance indicators, contractor balanced scorecard, and cost savings and optimization initiatives.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in maintenance analytics and:

  • 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in maintenance, preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry and/or change management positions. Experience working with maintenance systems and technical data, including the use of KPIs, dashboards, and other tools to monitor performance and support effective decision‑making, as well as previous experience with accounting and financial reporting
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as business, commerce, economics, or engineering. A CPA designation would be considered an asset
  • Certification in Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) Designation, Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) Designation, or Project Management is considered an asset.
