Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude and ability to read basic instructions.
• Journeyman Machinist preferred; Red Seal certification desirable.
• 3+ years’ experience or equivalent training in machining.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Set up and operate lathes, mills and grinders to required specifications.
• Measure, mark, and reference dimensions; secure fixtures and tooling.
• Identify wear, adjust tooling and machine settings to maintain accuracy.
• Verify finished parts meet specifications and tolerances.
