Job summary

You will verify part dimensions with precision instruments and maintain inspection records, working on-site at 6004-72A Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB. The role is permanent, full-time with 30–35 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2–3 years of experience in CNC machining.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables.
• Repair machine tools and parts.
• Set up and adjust production machineries/tools.
• Fit and assemble components to close tolerance.
• Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
• Verify dimensions of parts machined with micrometers, calipers.
• Verify dimensions of products for conformance to specifications.
