• Assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating business results.
• Lead by example to maintain high service standards.
• Develop staff sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain store procedures and merchandise knowledge.
• Support HR tasks such as recruitment and staff development.
• Assist in risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory.
• Support merchandising directives and maintain visual standards.
• Ensure payroll integrity and accurate payroll processing.
• Build repeat clientele via client books and superior service.
