Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years’ progressive logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing both strategic initiatives and operational teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; ERP systems (e.g., SAP), TMS platforms, and logistics technologies preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with automation, data insights, and process improvement experience.
• Knowledge of global logistics practices, carrier management, freight optimization, and import/export compliance.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven results in improving delivery performance and reducing costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evolve, and execute logistics strategy aligned to plans and objectives across channels.
• Design long-range roadmaps to strengthen logistics capability and resilience.
• Lead innovation initiatives including workflow standardization, digital transformation, and deployment of technologies.
• Lead data-driven KPI management, Lean methods, root-cause analysis, and process redesign.
• Develop risk-mitigation strategies for transportation, regulatory changes, capacity constraints.
• Lead readiness strategies for seasonal surges and promotions across omnichannel operations.
• Oversee integration and enhancement of logistics systems for route planning, visibility, and analytics.
• Lead carrier, 3PL, and freight partner strategy including negotiations and performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with cross-border, customs, import/export requirements to minimize risk.
• Collaborate with departments to align logistics with enterprise goals and decision-making.
• Provide scenario modeling, cost-to-serve insights, and performance analytics.
• Oversee logistics budget and drive cost-optimization efforts.
• Oversee talent development and succession planning for logistics roles.
• Build a high-performance team through coaching and capability development.
• Oversee end-to-end network optimization for inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics.
