Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Canada is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse functions, drive KPI achievement, maintain inventory integrity and lead staff within the site's operational scope.

You will collaborate with safety, human resources and engineering to implement continuous improvement programs, manage budgets and controllable costs, and ensure SOPs and network best practices are followed. This role travels up to 25% and requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in warehousing or distribution.
• Three years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and KPI achievement.
• Maintain inventory integrity and security across the site.
• Manage budgeting and controllable costs; drive financial results.
• Develop staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety rules.
