S'more About The Team

Reporting to the Associate Director, Logistics, as part of the Logistics team, you will play a key role in implementing and initiating various continuous improvement projects such as improving on-time performance, cost performance management, reporting, and technical capabilities for both our third-party and last-mile fleet teams.

Lettuce Share What This Role Will Be Responsible For

• Ownership of error reports and weekly data for logistics, and implementation of related process improvement recommendations.
• Analyze financial and operational performance of internal last-mile fleet hubs across Canada and the third-party network.
• Support Last Mile teams with developing tools to measure warehouse/driver level performance metrics.
• Develop initiatives that provide world-class insights, flexibility, and options for our customers.
• Maintain fleet resource planning to maximize effective use of assets and labor for the last-mile fleet.
• Generate logistics initiatives and plans for improvement across various transportation modes (FTL, LTL, last-mile delivery).
• Participate and support logistics department initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3-4 years of experience with leading supply chain, transportation, or manufacturing companies.
• Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and drive results using data.
• Exceptional MS Excel skills; quantitative and analytical experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, queries, macros, Tableau, Power BI is a strong asset.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, with a strong attitude towards getting things done.
• Passion for food is an asset!
