We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Logistics Analyst (Wholesale) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone eager to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, managing supply chain operations, order processing, transportation, and distribution while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Manage customer orders from processing to fulfillment, communicate on shortages and allocations, coordinate deliveries, resolve claims, and support new product launches.
• Transportation Management: Organize shipments between suppliers, distribution centers, co-manufacturers, and customers; select carriers; evaluate carrier performance; handle customs documentation; support freight RFP processes.
• Warehousing and Distribution: Manage inventory releases, maintain reporting accuracy, and analyze distribution center stock to minimize expiry-related losses.
• Continuous Improvement: Develop KPIs, participate in cross-functional projects, and support other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, inventory, and transportation analysis.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP and TMS experience is a plus.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills; detail-oriented; eager to learn.
