Qualifications

• Three-year diploma or degree in HR, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting learning and development, LMS, education administration, or a related role.
• Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS) or other learning technologies is considered an asset.
• Experience working in developmental services, healthcare, or non-profit sector is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies.
• Experience maintaining databases, learner records, and generating reports with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration: day-to-day operation, learner profiles, enrolments, course configurations, learning pathways, data confidentiality.
• Learner Support: first-level support for LMS access and inquiries, resolve requests, guide on LMS usage.
• Training Records, Compliance & Reporting: maintain training records, monitor compliance, generate reports, audits.
