Job summary

The Senior Learning and Development System Coordinator at Reena will oversee the administration of Reena's Learning Management System (LMS) and related learning processes to support delivery of organizational learning programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining learner records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, generating reports for compliance and audits, and providing guidance to supervisors on LMS usage.

Qualifications

• Three-year diploma or degree in HR, adult education, organizational development, business administration, social services, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting learning and development, LMS, or education administration.
• Experience administering or supporting LMS or learning technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers day-to-day operation of the LMS and related learning platforms.
• Maintains learner profiles, enrollments, course configurations and learning pathways.
• Generates reports to support compliance, audits, and operational needs.
• Supports course setup, updates, and learning pathway configuration.
• Provides learner support and guidance on LMS functionality and processes.
