Shepherd Village Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Sales and Resident Relations Coordinator to support sales, admissions, leasing and resident relations across Shepherd Terrace and Shepherd Village’s independent living properties.

The role covers the full resident lifecycle—from inquiry to onboarding—while maintaining CRM, coordinating leasing and admissions processes, and liaising with external agencies and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified to work in Canada legally for the employer.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets and charts.
• Knowledge of marketing and customer relations management.
• Strong interpersonal, and customer service skills oriented toward the needs and challenges of the mature adult and their families.
• Professional demeanour and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software is an asset.
• Experience in senior living is a definite asset.
• Previous experience working in a seniors’ care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving and maintaining full occupancy of Shepherd Village facilities.
• Welcome/onboard new residents and family members to Shepherd Village, providing support and assistance to ensure a smooth transition.
• Conducting tours of the community for prospective residents and their families.
• Prepare and deliver presentations highlighting community features and benefits.
• Prepare and review leasing agreements for signature with prospective residents/tenants.
• Support the completion of necessary documentation for resident admissions.
• Assist new residents during the Move-In process and ensure a smooth transition.
• Follow up with new residents to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Assist with promoting Shepherd Village properties. Manage the CRM system; maintain an accurate database of leads and prospects.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential residents and their families.
• Preparing weekly marketing updates for management.
