Job summary

Shepherd Village in Toronto, ON is seeking a Sales and Resident Relations Coordinator to support sales, admissions, leasing, and resident-relations activities. The role oversees the CRM and coordinates leasing while liaising with external agencies and referral partners.

You will interact with prospective residents and families from inquiry through Move-In, ensuring smooth transitions and high occupancy. The position includes competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (spreadsheets & charts).
• Knowledge of marketing and customer relations management.

Responsibilities

• Support occupancy goals across Shepherd Village facilities.
• Welcome and onboard new residents and families for smooth transitions.
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents and their families.
• Prepare and deliver presentations highlighting community features and benefits.
• Prepare and review leasing agreements for signature with prospective residents/tenants.
• Assist with documentation for resident admissions and Move-In processes.
• Follow up with new residents to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Promote Shepherd Village properties and services to prospects.
• Maintain CRM database of leads and prospects; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Prepare weekly marketing updates for management.
