Cogir Senior Living in Canada is seeking a Health and Wellness Manager to lead the clinical program, oversee resident care, and ensure safety and wellbeing across the residence. You will work with the Executive Director and regional teams to develop care plans and coach staff for excellence.

Competenze

• Must be registered as a healthcare professional in the applicable provincial regulatory body.
• Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
• Experience managing a multidisciplinary team in a unionized environment.
• Experience mentoring, training and developing nursing staff.
