Qualifications

• Completion of grade 12 education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Pass Vulnerable Sector Check and health screenings as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and visitor inquiries with diplomacy and resolve complaints.
• Promote excellent customer service in all interactions with visitors, families, residents and team members.
• Greet visitors, conduct mini-tours, and address needs per policies.
• Provide clerical and computer support to managers as requested.
• Complete records to support cash transactions for meal vouchers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
