Job summary

Amica Senior Lifestyles, Aurora Promenade, is seeking a Reception - Concierge for 3:30pm–11:30pm shifts, Monday to Friday. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families and staff, delivering a warm, professional welcoming experience and handling inquiries at a fast-paced front desk.

The role requires MS Office proficiency and prior office experience, with the ability to work days, evenings and weekends. Amica values inclusive environments and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and administrative experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with residents, visitors and members of the public in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to front-desk inquiries by providing information about the residence and services
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other messages and redirect to appropriate parties
• Perform basic accounting functions and provide assistance as required
• General administrative duties and maintaining the resident file system
