Job summary

Amica Taunton is seeking a friendly Reception – Concierge to welcome residents and guests, answer inquiries, and support daily front-desk operations. You will create a positive atmosphere and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling phone calls and emails, basic accounting tasks, and maintaining the resident file system. Proficiency with MS Office is preferred, and flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends is required to
