Amica White Rock is seeking a friendly Reception – Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families and team members. You will create a welcoming environment and provide professional front-desk service in a fast-paced senior living setting.

The casual role requires proficiency with MS Office, previous office experience, and the flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends while maintaining high standards of resident service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in an office environment.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with residents, visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to front-desk inquiries by providing information and directing to appropriate parties.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other messages and redirect as needed.
• Perform basic accounting functions and provide administrative support as required.
• Maintain the resident file system and handling general administrative duties.
