Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. is seeking a casual Reception – Concierge at Amica Taunton. The role handles front-desk interactions, resident and visitor assistance, and light administrative duties in a fast-paced senior living community.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service experience, be proficient with MS Office, and be flexible to work days, evenings and weekends. This is a casual, on-site position offering a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with residents, visitors and the public in a friendly, professional manner.
• Respond to front-desk inquiries by providing information about Amica Taunton and the services offered.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other messages, routing to the appropriate parties.
• Perform basic accounting functions and provide administrative assistance as required.
• Maintain the resident file system and general administrative duties.
