The role requires strong customer service, administrative experience, and proficiency with MS Office. You will manage inquiries, phone calls, emails, and assist with basic administrative tasks, while supporting a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and administrative experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in an office environment.
• Flexibility to workdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to front-desk inquiries with information and assistance.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages and route to appropriate parties.
• Perform basic accounting functions and assist as required.
• Handle general administrative duties and maintain the resident file system.
