Job summary

Verve Senior Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing professional to support occupancy targets and implement marketing programs for the home. You will assist with tours, plan public relations activities, and manage marketing materials in collaboration with a team that values service, care, and continuous improvement.

The role requires a flexible schedule, a driver’s license, and a passion for seniors, with strong English and computer skills to engage families and prospective residents.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Written and verbal English fluency.
• Direct sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and CRM/marketing database.
• Interest in seniors care preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Flexibility for weekends/evenings.
• Resident-oriented reflects the Residence values.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Verve Quality Improvement (VQI) program.
• Supports annual and quarterly marketing plan.
• Assists with sales follow-up per Residence process.
• Books and conducts tours for potential residents and families.
• Plans internal and external public relations activities.
• Maintains marketing kits and materials.
• Maintains accurate sales records.
• Produces monthly marketing and sales reports when needed.
• Keeps occupancy data up to date in CRM.
• Coordinates new resident move-in process.
• Ensures appearance and cleanliness of the home.
• Completes mandatory training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with health and safety acts.
