Job summary

Amica Royalcliffe is seeking a Community Relations Director to lead all sales, marketing and promotional activities for leasing suites. The role focuses on exceeding occupancy and revenue targets through proactive community engagement and a strong sales process.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and marketing teams to plan events, manage leads, and report on ROI. A post-secondary sales/marketing background, relationship selling skills, and a client-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a post-secondary sales and marketing program or related programs.
• Experience in developing and implementing sales and/or marketing plans, public and community relations campaigns and special events.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven relationship selling skills.
• Superior oral, written and listening communication skills.
• Experience in developing and managing budgets.
• Independent, capable leader who excels in a team environment.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales, marketing and promotional activities related to awareness and lease of suites within the Community.
• Drive monthly occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct tours, manage administration, and produce sales reports and prospect management in a timely manner.
• Maintain a fully completed database of leads and monitor the community waitlist.
• Collaborate with General Manager and corporate marketing to develop on-site and off-site marketing plans and events.
