As the Live-Ops Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing live operations strategies to drive player engagement, monetization, and long-term success of the game. Your role will involve overseeing in-game events, promotions, and updates, as well as analyzing player data to optimize the game's performance and revenue.

• Develop and implement live operations strategies to enhance player engagement, retention, and monetization for our AAA multiplayer shooter game.
• Plan and execute in-game events, promotions, and content updates to provide a dynamic and engaging player experience.
• Collaborate with game design, development, and marketing teams to align live operations strategies with the overall game vision and business goals.
• Analyze player data and metrics to identify trends, player preferences, and opportunities for enhancing the game's performance and revenue generation.
• Monitor player behavior and feedback to identify pain points, areas of improvement, and new content opportunities.
• Manage and optimize in-game economies, virtual currency systems, and monetization mechanics to drive player spending and revenue growth.
• Work closely with the player support team to address player inquiries, issues, and concerns related to live operations aspects.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on live operations KPIs, player engagement, and revenue performance to key stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
