Role and Responsibilities
  • Serve as both staff augmentation and strategic advisor for marketing operations processes for B2B Tech and SaaS clients.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to grow our business with clients in the Marketing Operations line of business and other lines.
  • Stay updated on best practices in marketing operations, including ABM, lead routing, sales qualification, and more.
  • Develop deep relationships within client organizations to ensure contract renewals.
  • Communicate directly with clients via email, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Become an expert in multiple martech and salestech tools to make educated recommendations to clients.
  • Own tasks and milestones within client projects, ensuring successful completion.
What You Offer
  • Minimum 2-3 years of expertise in Hubspot, Pardot, and/or Marketo, with the ability to manage multiple instances.
  • Understanding of how to optimize marketing operations for revenue growth.
  • Data-driven approach to curating and optimizing client data, building reports, and analyzing performance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, including at Director level or above.
  • A desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Agency experience is required.
What Success Looks Like
  • Receiving client assignments from the Director of Marketing Operations and managing those relationships independently.
  • Maintaining long-term client relationships and positive feedback in NPS surveys.
  • Growing the revenue from existing clients, leading to additional support hires.
  • Mentoring new hires as they join the team.
