• Crew Scheduling & Labour Management: Scheduling freelance crew and managing bookings, time-tracking, and call sheets.
• Logistics Coordination & Communication: Manage equipment transport, vendor relations, and real-time event logistics.
• Process Improvement & Systems Development: Research and implement tools and SOPs to improve efficiency.
